Cilantro flowers

Our neighbor Myeisha helping prune the flowers off of the holy basil
Aliza posing with a bouquet of cilantro, mint, and basil. Excellent mixed with watermelon or in spring rolls.

Dill flowers, which attract local pollinators and will turn into delicious dill seeds.
The purple flowers are coneflower, also known as echinacea which is commonly used to fight colds
Lots of mint! Excellent fresh in lemonade or mixed drinks, with fruit salad, in tabbouli salad, and more. Can also be dried for tea.
